OUR STORY

Built in 1912, this Granville Street building has lived many lives.

Modo preserves that history rather than covering it up — blending original character with contemporary simplicity to create a stay that feels warm, intimate, and authentic.

The result is a hotel shaped as much by the building's past as by the way people travel today: thoughtfully designed, intentionally compact, and deeply connected to the neighbourhood around it.
